I use Live Clean's soothing relief baby lotion and really like it. Aveeno is full of crap I won't put in my own skin, let alone my baby's.

Also, when Wonder Baby had really bad eczema that young, it was only cleared up by me eliminating dairy. It's important to remember that eczema shows up as a symptom of a problem :)

We use babyganics eczema lotion. It's really helped both my LO's! I second Aquaphor, that's helped in the past.

We also use the Aveeno baby eczema cream. I've also used Aquaphor on DS on the really bad patches, and that seems to help, too.

It's not very natural per se, but the common recc these days is cerave lotion. It works well. Also, we loved oatmeal bath by aveeno when LO got older.

I've used Aveeno lotions a lot, but Vaseline has worked well too. I have eczema as well and would use lots of Vaseline overnight. The only thing is that it can be greasy and stain some clothes, but it worked great!

@chopsuey119: ditto! I was going the all natural route but I think the only thing that really helped was aveeno.

Lo had patches of eczema on her face. I bought aveeno baby eczema therapy moisturizing cream, applied it 2x a day for 3 days and her skin cleared up!
Prior to that I was just putting California baby calendula cream on her and it wasn't helping

My son is 6weeks old and has eczema. What lotions have people found to work best? The more natural, the better!
