<description>&#60;p&#62;I agree that it looks like eczema.  We have a prescription that helps with our kids' eczema, but you could try aquaphor or even hydrocortisone ointment.

<description>&#60;p&#62;It does look like it could be mild eczema. My son's flares up around his mouth when he is teething / drooling too. I'd put vanicream on it several times a day. My understanding is that it creates a moisture barrier that will help ! Hopefully it won't get any worse and just lotions will help.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Lo has had a rash on her neck that I originally thought was a drool rash. But none of my treatment seems to help.  Today her teacher suggested eczema.  I couldn't get a great picture but her neck looks similar to her chin here. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Thoughts?  And how would you treat?
