My son's flares up around his mouth when he is teething / drooling too. I'd put vanicream on it several times a day. My understanding is that it creates a moisture barrier that will help ! But none of my treatment seems to help. Today her teacher suggested eczema. I couldn't get a great picture but her neck looks similar to her chin here. </p> <p>Thoughts?
