I really prefer it.<br /> @maddyz: I find if you push with your kegel muscles (not contract, but push; like you're trying to push it out), it will move it down further so you can more easily grab it. I had the Diva to start with, and switched to Lunette because I found the slightly firmer plastic was easier to position. I always struggled to get the Diva to unfold once it was inserted. I grab down at the base where there are some ridges (not the stem) and turn to make sure it's fully open, and then push towards my cervix/pull back to make sure it's seated properly. I only have leaking issues if I don't empty half-way through the night on my heaviest flow day. I just use a cloth pad that one night for extra coverage, and the leakage is super-minimal. It is amazing, cheap and if it is in properly you can't feel it at all (yes I used to think I couldn't feel tampons) and they do not leak.<br /> You have to fold it length ways in quarters and insert it above your pubic bone but not really high. Mine had a silicone bit you could pull on to get it out which you had to trim. I cut it all off once I realised it was unnecessary as it can be uncomfortable if left too long.
