My LO has a few allergies, and his reaction to milk and peanuts is usually blotchy redness around his mouth, which is very itchy. It spreads to his hands and eyes sometimes. He is also allergic to egg, but his reaction is less severe. I would also recommend testing just in case.

My LO has an egg allergy but not those symptoms.
He was coughing and wheezing, so our Ped sent us for testing.
A simple blood draw confirmed an allergy in 48 hours.
I'd recommend testing, so that a dr can prescribe an epi pen if necessary!

It could be. The one time I gave LO some egg she also got some red spots around her mouth, as well as some raised areas around her knee. She didn't throw up after, though. I haven't talked to her Dr about it yet, but I decided to avoid all egg until after her next appointment.

My DS had some eggs today and the area around his mouth turned blotchy and then he threw up 2x. Does this sound like an egg allergy to anyone? I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone else had seen this before.
