I have had a lot of success using food coloring to get LO to eat things she doesn't want... Pink cauliflower? Sure.

Maybe read green eggs and ham and then make green eggs?

Make regular eggs but on the plate, make a cute scene or animal.

Scrambled eggs could be wool on a sheep, clouds in the sky, blonde hair etc.

Hard boiled eggs can be cut into the shape of a sun, eyes, or make animals bodies.

Flavor with a little salt and pepper. For picky kids, maybe a tiny bit of ketchup.

My suggestion was going to be similar to @PinkElephant - our nanny used to add garlic powder and salt to scrambled eggs and LO ate them up. Or egg salad with mayo, mustard and pickle relish?

I haven't done a food challenge, but are you allowed to mix them with other things you know she is not allergic to? Coating eggs with cheese is a quick way to get my DDs to eat lots of them, but that won't help if she can't have dairy.

We just had DD's yearly allergy testing and her egg allergy results were such that her doctor said we could do a food challenge with scrambled eggs, either at home or at the office, whichever we're more comfortable with.

My concern is getting her to actually EAT scrambled eggs haha. Any tips from people who've done a food challenge with a picky kid? I'm wondering if we go to the office it might be better because it wouldn't be just ME telling her to eat it?
