They were able to take pictures with the Easter Bunny for free (not really free because we pay HOA dues), but the hunt was a bit nerve racking. They had the eggs out and made the kids wait a while. It was hard to have the kids crying because they didn't understand why they had to wait. We planned to do an Easter egg hunt for the 5 kids in our friends group at brunch yesterday, but one of the kids was sick. So we are postponing a couple weeks. My husband's uncle is having an egg hunt for the second cousins next Saturday, so we will see how A and B do. We are attending one at the local university this weekend. It's a pretty big event and the nice thing is that they have different eggs for different age groups and ask to limit the number you find. They had a blast. I hid 24 eggs per girl and wrote their names on them. They knew to look for their names and only pick up the ones for them. They were so sweet, when they would find someone else's egg, they would yell the other girl's name and run it over to her. :heart: So much better than the town egg hunt where the parents think they need to start before the start time and grab all the eggs for the kids (true story).</p> <p>We are going to one in my parents community next weekend and I really hope the parents stay out of it!</p> <p>Did you attend any egg hunts this weekend? </p>
