In fact, I was quite sore for the next 48 hours. I could not drive back to my work and had to take leave. What are you taking for your pain? Is it restricted to your vaginal area or radiating to adjacent too? Try taking some Tylenol. Only once when I had mild ohss I was unwell (but I still went to work cause I didn't want to waste time off sitting on my couch. Everyone is different though! Do you have a heating pad? It passed relatively quickly though. The second time through I had no issues.
