We made sugar cookies in the shape of donkeys and elephants, with either blue or red icing. We had lots of booze and then just tuned into the TV to watch results as they came in. Tell me about it so I can live vicariously through you!</p> <p>In 2008 we hosted one (DH (then BF), a housemate and I). Housemate was a chef, and made food from each region of the country, we had 3 TVs set up to different stations, and a big poster board that I'd drawn the country onto...each time a state was called someone colored it in either red or blue. We also a ton of booze, including like a case of champagne. </p> <p>This year we live pretty much in the middle of nowhere, and DH will be at work until like 10PM :( so no party for us. </p>
