There is a noticeable delay between turning hot water on and the water heating up - sometime the sink runs for what feels like a minute before hot water starts running. That is my husband's line of work and those water heaters really suck electricity. We are remodeling our house and it would be a big space saver, but we don't have gas on our street and would need to go the electric route. I know that we would need to upgrade our electric panel in order to do this, but the extra cost is OK. Do you like yours? Hate it? </p>
