<description>&#60;p&#62;Tachycardia can be totally normal in pregnancy. I don't know that I've heard of it happening in the middle of the night and interrupting sleep though.&#60;br /&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;So I'm dealing with what I assume to be pregnancy related insomnia for the last 4-5 weeks. Today I was updating my step count for our work incentive program and decided to check out my heart rate too. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Well I'm noticing a correlation between when I'm waking at night and extremely elevated BPM right before/right at the time I'm waking up. It's jumping up to 150 to as high as 186 BPM briefly. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Any one have any idea what it could be? I see my doctor Friday, but will contact the nurse tomorrow.
