We have five full sized trees and some mini ones too, in my not so big house lol. I can get away with the early decorating because I'm Canadian and our thanksgiving is over ( or at least that's what I tell my husband ha ha! ) </p> <p>Ps the metal tub is a super old one from my husbands parents - there is a crazy story about him bathing a raccoon in it as a child. Weird eh?! He writes her a note to read each morning and leaves a little activity/tells her about something special we are doing that day. I don't go crazy with different set ups. I move it right before bed. I bought some miniature (doll house? ) accessories like a tray of cookies, wreath, beer bottle, tea set etc, and I'll set her up with one of those sometimes to switch it up. I'm trying to make a schedule so I don't have to think about it at night, I can just look and do it. My LO is super excited for her Elf to come (they must have been talking about it at daycare) because we've never done it or mentioned it to her. I did buy an Elf on a garage sale though so I was preparing to do it!<br /> I don't want to go super crazy but I want it to be fun, at 3 she's really into Christmas this year! </p>
