I recently got an email saying, "Time to update Evie's microchip info!" and basically started crying at work. As if I needed to be reminded.</p> <p>I think that's the problem with stuff being so automated these days. It can be hard to control who gets what. While most of the time it's just annoying to get an email not meant for you, in some cases (like this Shutterfly issue) it can be a real punch in the gut. We sadly lost our dog very unexpectedly when she was just four years old due to an aggressive cancer.
