We often did a written exam before the oral interview, and when I brought him into the exam room he actually started crying. He told me he wasn't capable of doing this and that he wanted to forfeit his interview and leave. :/ My husband still teases me about the interviewee I made cry!</p> <p>Also, when I was pregnant with my daughter, my water actually broke at work during interviews. Today I had an interviewee come in and halfway through the interview, I started coughing. Like big time coughing where I couldn't stop. I had to stop the interview and get my boss to take over. Soooo embarrassed! His office is next to mine so he said he was wondering how long it would take for me to come and get him but, ugh. That was awful.
