Haha I thought your title meant you were getting rid of your bfing bras, rather than getting bras for the end of bfing....

I didn't get any bfing bras! Using nursing tanks! Can't wait to retire those!

@chopsuey119: does that mean you aren't going to bf as long as you did with your daughter?

@PrincessBaby: Have you looked at the nursing bras at Hot Milk? Not frumpy at all (and probably way more comfortable/practical than VS)! Here are their nursing bras - http://shop.hotmilklingerie.com/nursing-bras/

I hate nursing bras...They make me feel so frumpy dumpy! I just bought some new VS pushup bras in my current size (1cup size bigger than prepreg) and I just deal with the inconvenience of pulling them up to nurse. At night I wear Coobie bras but only to sleep in..,

I did! I'm still a cup size bigger than I was pre-pregnancy, so I needed a new collection. I was a little sad when our BFing journey was over, so getting pretty new things made me feel better.

I'm going to buy a couple of new bras and probably a dress that isn't very nursing friendly. We're ending a lot sooner than I thought we would (she's almost 7 months) and I'm just pumping a couple ounces a day now to get her a little bit further (she hasn't had any interest in actually nursing in like a week). I'm pretty bummed about it so I'm trying to use new bras and a dress as a way to not feel guilty and sad about it (I guess I'm using them as retail therapy).

I think we are about officially at the end of our breastfeeding journey. Last night I nursed her and she unlatched and said "no no" and tried to push it away. She just wanted her bottle of milk. I think I may call that our last nursing session and see if we can go on our way.

Also, I went out yesterday and as a joint valentines day gift for DH and I, I brought new bras. I got sized and a nice lady at the department store helped me find something that really held everything up. She was so knowledgeable and helpful! I am hoping that having good supportive bras will help the "ladies" shrink back to a normal size. I got two bras on Target clearance for like $25 when I got my BFP and I have worn them since (over 2.5 years ago!) I don't feel too bad that I spent $100 on two new bras!

Did you go out and get new bras when you were done breastfeeding? Did you treat yourself to something nice and pretty?
