After two weeks, R finally adjusted and went back to sleeping 7-6to630ish. She still goes to bed at 7 only for the last week and half she is back to waking up at 530, or earlier. Driving me crazy,

So during DST, C (16 months) would wake up between 7:00-7:30a, which was amaaaaaaaaaaazing. Ever since it ended, things have been another story. She usually wakes up between 5:30-5:45a now, which is "technically" only 15 to 30 minutes earlier in real time, but is really too early for me!

We adjusted her bedtime from 8:30p to 7:30p, and she still wakes up at the same time (but at least she's getting another hour of sleep?). We were at one 2-3 hour nap during DST, but since we wakes up so early now, we're back to our two-nap schedule.

Anyone else going through this, or any mamas out there with suggestions?
