I have 5 or 6 in several sizes. For the smaller sizes I like the rubber edged feet. I'd love one that has a juice run off cutout, like for cutting meat.<br /> Warning: they do have a smell for the first few washes. When it's new, it smells awful... I have one of the pizza peels and I can't use it because it infuses the pizza with its stink and I can't eat it. I eventually washed my cutting board so much the smell went away, but ended up tossing it because tiny pieces started coming off in my food. It's a little more pricey than bamboo ones I can find, but mines held up so far for 5ish years and still going strong so I think it's worth it. It is light and fairly thin but very sturdy. We don't put it in the dishwasher and it is large - so we also have a couple of ikea cheapies for quick/small tasks.
