Also, no baby wipes, rinse only with water, FULLY dry the area even with a hair dryer on low heat. We did a prescription cream but didn’t clear it. I don't really remember measuring anything but just adding it until the water was cloudy. I'm not sure of the specific pros and cons for use with diaper rash.</p> <p>I have heard of baking soda baths though, for diaper rash. I actually took her to the children’s hospital’s after hours clinic today and got some prescribed cream but I forgot to ask about epsom salt baths. Have any of you done that or know anything good or bad about it? </p>
