I was originally going to get the Baby Beco Gemini but my husband trusts Ergo's committment to ergonomic products, so we got the 360.</p> <p>My baby (6 months) loves the forward facing position. In fact, he cries if I try to put him facing in. They also have a new Ventous model, with a breathable center panel. A lot of our babywearing group members got Lillebaby carriers this past weekend, and really like them. Do you have a local babywearing group where you can try them on? It is way more comfortable than my Bjorn but a little harder to put on. The Velcro is strong but so loud!! I wasn't impressed. The facing-in carry was fine, but the facing out carry is incredibly awkward.
