I have only worn him once around the house when he wouldn't calm down but I often wear him to baby classes and sometimes while I'm eating lunch before. We also tried the moby wrap, but didn't like it. Hubs felt he was more secure in the ergo, but that might have been bc he was so small. My in- laws loved the moby for their preemie.<br /> I will say I am considering the baby ktan for when he gets older so he can face out. We didn't get it until LO was about 6 weeks old. We used it one a trip where we did lots of walking &amp; it worked wonderfully. We even use it as a little mat when we had to take LO in &amp; out of it &amp; there wasn't really anywhere soft like a bed to lay her. We didn't use it a whole lot though.
