We started with the Boba wrap when he was a newborn to see what kind of baby he was and I'm so glad we did because I found out right away that he REALLY wants to look forward. He would tip his head back to look up or behind and so I had to walk around holding the back of his head - so much for being hands free! So we ended up with the Ergo360 (the Beco Gemini also does front facing and has cuter prints/fabrics). I'm glad we spent the $35 bucks on the Boba before we sprung for the more expensive carrier.

The Ergo360 is quite comfortable, although facing in is more comfortable on my back than facing forward, but it comes with a wide velcro waistband (which some people hate because the velcro is loud and what not) that's supposed to help distribute the weight better. There's no pocket on the Ergo 360 (other than the the one the nap hood comes in) so I added a carabiner to one of the straps to hook a little bag or water bottle on. The one annoying thing is there is a strap that clips behind your neck/between your shoulders. If you have the strap set right behind your neck, you can snap it in place yourself, but its hard if its anywhere else. Usually I have DH snap or unsnap me but I can manage alone - just make sure the strap is set high behind your neck before putting the baby in the carrier. Definitely get the teether bib if you get the 360 because in front facing, the panel comes right up to the baby's face and my son likes to lick/mouth it, although I guess you can just rig up a washcloth in a pinch.

I only have experience with the Ergo and I love it. Back carries are a little uncomfortable for me with it, especially now that she's bigger.

360. My LO hates facing in, so we face out at grocery stores, on walks, etc. The 360 would give her more carrying options. Side/hip carry is great too.

I have a non-bee friend due in February and she wants a soft structured carrier. Lots of people have recommended both the Ergo and Ergo 360 to her and she isn't sure which to go with. She asked me to get some advice/reviews on one vs. the other--- anything anyone can share?
