Yeah, kind of looks like a molar though DS did have those with one canine. Then he fell and busted it on a table leg, there was blood all over, but the next day the tooth was out and he was a very happy camper. I wonder if he was trying to chomp down on the table on purpose :silly:

@Sophs Mama: eruption cysts are super common on molars, but I would be so surprised if those are the first teeth she gets on top! Nothing is impossible though. I would watch the area and if it's still there in a couple weeks with no tooth to show, get it checked out.

My son got eruption hematomas when his molars come in. They resolved when the tooth erupted and they drained (which usually ended up with him waking up with old blood/clots in his mouth)

And now the more I look the more I'm thinking it's a molar, not her canines.

This makes her mouth look weird, but you can see the blue spot.

Hey there, my 6 month old has had her bottom two teeth for 2 months now, and all of a sudden I noticed her canines are coming in! One is white and almost through the gums, but the other one hadn't made an appearance other than a small blue spot on her gums.

Dr.Google says that it's an eruption cyst, but the google images are freaking me out!

Has anyone had any experience with these? Has anyone's kid gotten their canines before any other teeth??
