And then when you get the trigger it times it perfectly. So your doc would be right. I appreciate the info. That's what I've mostly seen online, so I'm not sure what's going on. I did email them last night so we'll see what they say. She said my lining had the 3 layers and looked good, they just wanted it a little thicker. I’d ask your RE or the nurses to explain why she is having you do this. Seems kinda odd! I’m currently taking Estrace vagainally for my FET. In theory it’s suppose to help thicken my lining and push my estradiol up high enough so I don’t ovulate. I was told to start using estradiol vaginally 2 days before a trigger with TI - and to keep using it until my beta at 14dpo. But now I'm seeing that estradiol is supposed to suppress ovulation. What is going on? Does my RE know what she's doing?! Also, it seemed weird that I was supposed to be having timed intercourse and also soon after inserting the estradiol. Somehow having estrogen dissolving with all the sperm seems like it isn't right. Help! </p>
