DH had to scrub it off my back when I showered because it was hard to reach. I've got big patches for this first RX order but I'm going to see if my insurance will cover the little Vivelle dots for the next order. Are you on estrogen support? I think I just scrubbed it with soap which is definitely not a good way. I'm just starting to use them for an upcoming FET and I forgot what a pain it was to remove the adhesive. Anyone tried anything that works well without all the rubbing? Alcohol wipes never worked well for me last time. My clinic suggests Neutrogena cleansing wipes, but I thought I would check with you ladies before buying anything. Thanks! </p>
