Same as @MamaBear87 - my jeweler does not do diamonds all the way around because it can't be easily resized + if they ever need to cut it off of you in an emergency + the risk of diamonds getting banged up and knocked out. Not that this is helpful commentary, but I don't think it's easy to expand them.

@BUNBUN: mine is so thin I’m guessing this won’t work for me but I’ll check it out!

@MamaBear87: these responses make me think my best bet is to just get another band (maybe not even eternity) as an anniversary gift - where I could wear all 3 rings when it’s colder and drop my small band when it’s warmer. I’m kicking myself for getting it so small - it’s even smaller than my e ring, and I’m so afraid it will get ruined if we try to change it.

the humid climate is no joke! I could still get mine on, but it wasn't comfortable. The jeweler was able to give me about 1/4-1/2 size by them grinding down the interior metal of my eternity band. Just enough that I can wear it all the time - even 20 lbs heavier in summer!

I didn't get an eternity band because our jeweler specifically told me they can't really be resized. You have to rebuild the whole ring basically and it's nearly as much as having a new setting made. Hope you can find someone who can do it that isn't crazy expensive

Anyone done this? Is it difficult / $$$$?

I’ve decided for our upcoming 10th anniversary to get my rings resized. Due to 3 kid fluff and moving to a hot and often humid climate, I can only safely wear them in the colder months (which is maybe half the year). I can get them on in the morning in the summer but swell up during the day.

We can’t use the original jeweler since it we had it made at a small place when we lived in NYC and now live across the country. I’m worried about it being done well given it’s a delicate band.

Anyone have experience?
