We just went to Mallorca and Barcelona so those two are out. I think I'll look into Corsica though. If we go to Croatia I'll let you know! It's looking like that's the best possibility. Also, my BIL and his family went to a resort in Bulgaria on the Black Sea last year (don't remember where). The Atlantic coast of both France and Portugal are very pretty but the water is colder than the Mediterranean. Depends on when you want to go but Greece is great for going in Spring.
