Both my OB and doula recommended it, along with red raspberry leaf tea. As directed by my ND.</p> <p>I went to 42 weeks and was induced. When they checked on my due date, I was 1.5 cm dilated and 30% effaced. Two weeks prior, I was 1 cm dilated and 30% effaced. Ultimately, I went a week late, but I was 50% effaced at 39 weeks. It may have helped!
