I had a stress fracture and still have plantar fasciitis. I only wear high arch birks now and never go barefoot. So that was good to know. I also had to have surgery on both my toes, which sucked BAD. It never hurts to have it looked at. Been trying over the counter stuff but wondering if it would warrant a trip to a Podiatrist? </p>
