I enjoyed the vendors but the lectures weren't really things I didn't already know or had already decided upon. My friends who went with us loved it! They got a lot of useful information and loved seeing all the awesome products. I feel that it definitely catered to parents who were expecting or had newborns. Our swag bag was filled with supplies for tiny babies that we had already outgrown. It was SUPER crunchy. I learned a ton, and it was very freeing and empowering as far as boosting my confidence with certain aspects of parenting (like nursing in public - everyone hanging out). But at the same time, it felt a little shaming because I'm not *that* crunchy. </p> <p>I did bring home A TON of swag, so be prepared for that. I went to a VIP event the day before and brought home a Maya ring sling, Babyhawk mei tei carrier, and Sage Spoonfuls food containers. The day of the conference there were a lot of vendors giving away free samples.
