Also the party can just respond and say  they already shipped the part and thats it they close the case, BBB doesnt do much

<description>&#60;p&#62;I did once. To make a very long story short, we had billing issues with DS's ped. Bills were sent that we never received because we moved and our account ended up in collections. Collections was calling me every day and it took me awhile to figure out what the bills were and where they were from. It was total harassment because once I figured out the bills, I paid the ped's office directly in full but the collections agency was still calling. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They handled it but there was no real outcome. FWIW, the collections agency continued calling for months even after all the bills were settled.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Once, with the place I got my wedding/dress veil.  My dress I had no issues with but they would not give me my veil even though it was paid for.  I ended up ordering another one online just in case, we asked for it for months so finally we were at our wits end &#38;amp; complained. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;They freaked out &#38;amp; did overnight shipping for my veil (free) &#38;amp; gave me the extra fabric for my sister's bridesmaid dress free too (she got pregnant and needed more.)  I still tell people to steer clear of them!

<description>&#60;p&#62;We've done it twice. Once with the loan company, and once with a standalone Emergency Room which overbilled us. Both times, we got results immediately. The CEO of the ER personally handled our issue and resolved it.

They gave us a fairly nice Monte glider as a loaner this whole time, which is why we've let it go so long...but we still don't have the original one we ordered 15 weeks ago! Insane!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Literally very week for the past 3 weeks, they've said it's coming in a truck from Montreal....and then we have to call THEM when it doesn't arrive and we hear yet another excuse. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;At least my LO has done a good job getting spit up, dribbled breast milk, and even poop all over their loaner chair.

<description>&#60;p&#62;We did once and it was very successful. We had a store credit card with a promotion where you had 12 months to pay it off with no interest. It's a really long story, but basically, we thought we had paid it off in time, but there was an error with one of the monthly payments. They never notified us about anything though (that the deadline was coming up or a payment was missed) and we had the full balance paid off just 1 day late. But the bank wouldn't do anything when we asked. So we submitted to the BBB saying it was bad practice not to notify your customers. 2 days later they had completely removed the interest charge ($800). I say its worth a shot. Good luck!

<description>&#60;p&#62;How much money? I think the BBB only took our claim seriously because it was like $3,900. We outed a desk for my husband's home office and it came, but it was the wrong desk! Literally a completely different desk.&#60;br /&#62;
We had phone records and emails for over 8 months.&#60;br /&#62;
They kept telling us to return it and then try would send us our new one, but the shipping alone was like $150 because it was a heavy solid oak desk. Finally we sent it back...think they sent us our desk? Or reimbursed us for the shipping we paid to send the desk back? Nope.&#60;br /&#62;
BBB had us ALL of our money back within 36h.&#60;br /&#62;
Then, 1 week later our desk showed up. We called and they said keep it.&#60;br /&#62;
We got a free 3,900 executive desk.
