Hope the kid wasn't injured.<br /> That reminded me of one of my husband's recent parenting fails. He was at the playground with our 1 year old who's not yet very stable on a slide on her own. He put her halfway up one of those spiral slides to let her come down. But she came down so quickly that he didn't get to the end of it in time to catch her.
