L is 10 days old and they've gone by faster than even just 2 days being pregnant. I told DH that after my c-section I felt amazing. The spinal block was still in effect and for the first time in as long as I could remember I wasn't in pain and I wasn't miserable just from sitting or laying down. </p> <p>I don't have much advice, but it will eventually end. Office people are the worst. I used to wish I didn't have to come to work just so I didn't have to deal with people I've only spoken to a couple of times ever making baby related comments. Really, maybe you should say something that'll make them realize how annoying it is. Like if you see someone about to greet you with another belly comment, get them first with a nice sugary "Hiiii! How're you feeeeeeling!" and then walk by them before they can respond. </p> <p>Is your husband actually in the race? She's so scattered. And I won't even get any down time this weekend because I'll be taking care of my daughter while he is gone. I just don't feel like going 2.5 hours away to BFE Kentucky for a six-hour bike race. I'm so sorry! Last week I found that blasting 90s music in my car and in headphones at work helped and last night I ended up crying (at a Disney movie, no less) and working myself into a good, long cry in the shower. I didn't feel much better after that last night, but I feel much more equipped to handle the sh*t I can't change today. I hope you find some peace and quiet this weekend. Hopefully your hubbs will believe you when you say you just need some quiet time this weekend to regroup from the week? I'm also getting ready to have a sit-down with my boss to go over everything I've got on my plate until due-date and who I'll send project work to if I go early. Maybe that would help you with your boss and the busy work? I'm 35 weeks and DONE. I woke up in a foul mood because I don't sleep well. My almost three-year-old was throwing some serious attitude. My husband is annoying me. He keeps asking me if I want him to stay home and help me this weekend and I don't know how to say, "please go to your bike race and leave me alone because you are annoying me." </p> <p>Everything hurts and I feel like crap. It's 75F in my office right now because this is the ONE ROOM IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING where the air doesn't work well. And work is annoying me, my boss won't leave me alone and keeps throwing random busywork at me when she knows I have a crap-ton of stuff to do before I go on leave.</p> <p>People keep telling me that I look like I'm about to pop and I've likely got five weeks of this pregnancy left. It happens multiple times a day and I'm just over it. My friend had her baby yesterday and I'm so happy and jealous because I am STILL PREGNANT. I'm tired of having to check my glucose 4 times a day and not being able to eat what I want.</p> <p>I'm sorry. I just needed to get it off my chest before I tell someone in this office to go Eff themselves and leave me alone.
