You could try tracking you BBT and/or using OPKs to better pin point your Ovulation. You should at least get a fertility friend account and track your CM so you can start seeing a pattern. The online tutorial is a pretty fast, free, and easy read. EWCM is a sign that your body is gearing up to ovulate or is ovulating. I have a LOT of EWCM (tmi) which I think is good. But I can't seem to find accurate answers about when I ovulate in relation to when I have ewcm. Before? During? After? Not charting or anything yet but I've been off the pill for a year and my periods are starting to regulate around 30-33 days. </p> <p>Thanks! </p>
