I even had positive opks (but barely positive not my typical blazing positives) with some of those EWCM patches, but no ovulation. I never actually ovulated until I completely weaned each time, but that's just me - plenty of women ovulate while breastfeeding and I've definitely heard of women getting pregnant without ever having a postpartum AF. Because I get it randomly on and off for days and days sometimes. The only way I can tell is by using opks. That’s just me though! We’re thinking about trying for a third. I had EWCM last weekend (first time since I got pregnant in 2017), so we had sex. However, I’m still breastfeeding and haven’t had a period yet. So, I’m not sure if it was an actual ovulation or not. Anyone get pregnant before return of AF postpartum? </p>
