Not sure about the sleep but my LO is almost 4 months and spitting up more than ever. I read that spitting up tends to peak around 4 months, so I'm hoping for improvement soon!

My LO is 3.5 mths and woke up this morning with a large amount of chunky spit up. I ended up keeping her home to keep an eye on her and she seems fine. Her sleep has been pretty bad lately--like several wake ups at night when she used to sleep through.

My sweet daughter presumably went through a pretty major sleep regression that lasted about 3 weeks, then for about the past week and a half she was back to either STTN or just one wake up. Then suddenly she started stirring more often, wanting me to give her her paci several times a night, then she was waking up twice a night, then 3 times, then sometimes not even to nurse, she would just cry. For the past two days, (the night with the most wake ups & therefore the most nursing) when she wakes up for the day she has been spitting up copious amounts & it's all thick & chunky looking. I don't know if the two are related or not. Maybe I'm nursing her too often at night? If that's the case, is this still a sleep regression or should we start sleep training? She turned 4 months January 12th
