I ended up keeping her home to keep an eye on her and she seems fine. Then suddenly she started stirring more often, wanting me to give her her paci several times a night, then she was waking up twice a night, then 3 times, then sometimes not even to nurse, she would just cry. For the past two days, (the night with the most wake ups &amp; therefore the most nursing) when she wakes up for the day she has been spitting up copious amounts &amp; it's all thick &amp; chunky looking. I don't know if the two are related or not. Maybe I'm nursing her too often at night? If that's the case, is this still a sleep regression or should we start sleep training? She turned 4 months January 12th </p>
