I didn't have GD but I need more water than most people. I also started adding chia and ground flax to my morning oatmeal because I was taking zofran and it made me constipated. And I think all the extra fiber made me extra extra thirsty, because when I cut out the chia and flax I went back to just extra thirsty (if that makes sense???). I drank close to 3 gallons one day and felt sick! I was worried and my doctor had labs done to check my electrolytes and what not and I was fine.
