On average about 36 oz a day. I pump 4 times on a bad day and 6 times on a good day. He's never really taken more than 24 ounces in a day.</p> <p>What I do is always put in slightly more milk than what I *think* he will take. On average about 28-30 oz a day. How old is your LO? How many ounces of breast milk is fed to your LO? How often do you feed?</p> <p>Mine is 12 weeks old, he currently takes 3.5 ounces and eats 8 times a day, so a total intake is 28 ounces a day. I know the amount of ounces doesn't change in a day for a breastfed baby, but they usually start taking more during the day right? </p>
