Thanks all! Gonna try some lanolin to night since I have it on hand. Will move on to vitamin e and coconut oil if that doesn't work!

I've used Lanolin, or Nivea lotion if I know I won't pump for a while. Mine get so itchy sometimes, and I feel like I always have a bra on, so they never air out.

I use Lanolin as well. My skin is super delicate. I also like mustela breast cream.

I use lanolin sometimes. Sticky, but it works fast and is safe for baby!

I love exclusive pumping but I'm very aggressive with the breast compressions, and with it being winter and super dry the skin on my breasts is getting crazy irritated. Any thoughts on what to use on it and when? I don't want to make the problem worse with something strong or further irritating since the skin on the breasts is so delicate, and I definitely don't want any funky lotions going into my milk!!
