@chopsuey119: I did acupuncture, it helped a bit... but then my husband started working afternoons so I couldn't make an appointment.

I didn't want to miss more work seeing I always seem to have an appointment. But my doc told me to go to physio too. So maybe once i'm off work (in 3.5 weeks) I'll take a few appointments.

During my first pregnancy, I had back pains at about 32 + weeks. Only seemed to make sense seeing that I was getting bigger and bigger.

Then when I gave birth I got an epidural, and well since then I've had a pinch in my back and pain but I've lived with it.

Then I got pregnant again and my pain started at like 8 weeks. It's been on and off, but I can't seem to get out of bed or couch. I feel like my back will break in half and it just makes me worried when it will be time to give birth.

Ideally I wanted to try no-epi seeing I felt everything with Mavrick (because the epi wore off) but I don't think I'll be able to give birth with this pain. I mean, it hurts more than freaking giving birth (if that's even possible)

I'm even afraid of being paralyzed or something. It's not normal!
