Maybe go in and say that it's just too hot or maybe you ate something that makes your stomach uneasy. With me, heat intensifies nausea even with food poisoning. Cold lessens it. I'll be 7 wks and have read enough about neural tube defects I don't want to risk it. But we're traveling to see family and they know I loooove a good hot tub soak. I've miscarried before so we're not telling anyone in the first tri and I haven't even had an ultrasound yet so really don't want to spill the beans. Help!! </p>
