Our home is carpeted and we have an exersaucer. It stays put but can rock, bounce up and down, and the seat turns around so that LO can get to all the little toys.

The one we have is this: http://www.shopping.com/Evenflo-Evenflo-Exersaucer-Smart-Steps-6161812-1-ea/info

But I think it's discontinued and new models are out, which all have similar features.

I didn't want a walker that actually moved because I knew it wouldn't work on our carpet and also because I wanted LO to be in one place. She LOVES it.

My husband really wants to buy a walker (apparently the jumperoo isn't enough!). But most of our house is carpeted. I was kind of under the impression that the carpet would make it near impossible for our LO to maneuver around.

Anyone have any experience with this?
