I was very honest with them about the HR reasons that led to my exploring options, but also about the positives, as well. 2 others left right after me and brought up many of the same issues. Basically we discussed why I was leaving. I had resigned once before and several months later they came looking for me to come back with a substantial pay increase. I didn't have an exit interview the 1st time but they asked for one the second time.
