We also got a letter today about some current staff switching age group rooms and our daughter moving to a new room. I really like how personal it is. So if someone from another room is filling in, I don't know who it is. Plus, parents come in to pick up their kids and they often say hi or have conversations with the kids. I don't know who they are either. There tends to be a lot more turnover there. We were never officially introduced to the teacher's assistants, but they have proven to be excellent, and our daughter loves them. This morning, another new assistant was there. </p> <p>It's a state registered school, so I think everyone must be vetted? I just assumed we'd get an email or even a verbal, "Hey, here are our new helpers!" ... Is this expecting too much? Or, are staff turnovers or new people relatively ignored? </p>
