Super excited by the prospect of this new baby all squishy but also scared of the prospect of jealousy and trying to manage a toddler and a newborn on very little sleep. I also worry about readjusting to the level of dependence tiny babies have on one. Babysitting for my son and a child a year younger than him was somewhat reassuring but she was already 7 months at that time so a bit more independent. </p> <p>I feel like it will be a bootcamp but just like with my son, eventually we will all adapt and become like pros. I got sucked down memory lane today going through old pictures of O.</p> <p>I'm really nervous about how she will adjust, and how I will adjust to two! I found newborn days really easy with O, but I had the "luxury" of "free time" to clean, eat, sleep when she did. Will not be the case with a toddler! </p>
