We've had them for 2 years but we don't use them a ton honestly...they are in our bonus room and mostly store books, toys, puzzles that LO is too young for but we've moved things around and stuff and no pieces are breaking off. But not the prettiest. We ended up tossing them after 3 years when we moved to our new place.
