I’m about to start my first round of letrozole ttc #2. I took Clomid last month and ovulated, but my doctor wanted to switch me to letrozole. I read some people take baby aspirin along with the daily dose. Have any of you heard of doing that?

@Ginaandcorey: I’m on my second cycle of letrozole right now TTC#2. I used it for #1 as well.
On letrozole I notice that I spot for a couple days after my flow has finished. I also get wicked headaches and more fatigued then usual.

@Ginaandcorey: Hmmm...I took it for three months and didn't spot while taking it. In fact, I didn't really experience any side effects.

My periods used to be pretty heavy, then I had Nexplanon put in at my 6 week check. Once I got it out after a year, my cycles shortened and lightened, but this is my first period after clomid and it's worse than I ever remember. I'll ask my doctor on Monday when I see him what the deal is.

If you've used Femara, I'm looking for experience opinions....

I'm on my first month of Femara and had spotting for 5 days after my period. Coincidentally, these were days I was taking it, I took it CD3-7 and spotted CD4-8. I never spot after my period. Coincidence or is this typical?

What did you experience when taking it?

I'm not doing anything else. My RE prescribed it because I'm old. 😊👵
