They have really good customer service, and will get back to you very quickly if you email them with any questions. </p> <p>However, note that not everything is as it appears on the website. They are a consolidator, and often the people at J&amp;M have not seen the merchandise. Four times I returned the order because the quality of the item was poor, or it was not as advertised. I did get two free rugs (they refunded me but they didn't want to pay for return shipping) from them because the yellow quatrefoil rugs in the picture turned out to be puke green. I've found that I can find most stuff from direct suppliers here for far cheaper.<br /> For a $140 lamp the shipping/duty/etc. was $70. I've only ever heard of Joss &amp; Main through HB -- I'm shopping for a large rug for our new home and noticed they have some good prices for wool/cotton rugs. I see online that they ship to Canada, and it seems that it is still under the 9.95$ flat rate shipping. Just wondering if anyone had any experiences with the company shipping up here, or any advice in general regarding the store? :) </p> <p>I haven't seen anything I like yet, but if I do I guess it's the sort of site where you have to act somewhat fast.
