They came on board with my insurance carrier a month before LO was due, and processed my pump order immediately. I got a Medela PISA (had to pay a little extra for it bc of my particular coverage). It arrived at my house within a couple days, and came with a simple wishes hands free bra and some honeysuckle storage bags. It couldn't have been easier!
