Probiotics for you and for her! I have the powdered kind from Whole Foods, Udo's Choice I think, (in their vitamin fridge case) for M and put one "serving" in the bottle he takes to daycare. The wash itself felt good straight away for the itchiness. Then I just kept it up twice a day until after his first birthday just to keep it at bay. I had a cup on my dresser and used pieces of cut up flannel to wipe my breasts. And it didn't work.</p> <p>I battled thrush forever and what finally worked was a 50/50 solution of water/vinegar before and after every feeding and before bed every night. Also only wear bras/tanks once between washings and wash in very hot water. Try to dry in the sun too. I wish I'd known to use vinegar so much earlier!
