It usually gets better in the spring / summer. But we're always using the aquaphor, caking it on every time. My LO won't quit licking his lips and his lips are bright red and very chapped. They have been like this for about a month. We try to apply aquaphor constantly but he is old enough to just wipe it off. Any suggestions ? </p>
