I second @78h2o: - I just felt more fatigued as time went on and at second trimester bloods, I was severely anemic and still am. Maybe insist on a blood test?

I'd see if you could get your thyroid levels checked!

@jedeve: hmm... that seems kind of extreme. Do you have a GP you could see? Could you be anemic? Hypothyroid? I'd maybe look into it some more if it continues....trust your gut!

I think what's weird is its coming on in the second trimester. But this is like, it's hard to walk room to room tired....

Maybe on the bright side newborn sleep deprivation will feel refreshing!

During my first trimester I once slept 12 hrs, got up for 2 hours, then had to take a nap. And I hadn't done shit but make myself breakfast and sit on the couch. I can't imagine how I would've managed with a toddler.

You could just be getting a cold or something. I was so tired during my pregnancy that I needed to sleep about 15 hours a day, and my whole body hurt with fatigue.

I am so extremely exhausted. I'm 14 weeks and nursing my Lo3-4 times a day. I've gotten pretty decent sleep the last few nights.

For the last week or so I've been utterly exhausted. Much worse than in my first trimester or last pregnancy. I know being pregnant with a kiddo is tough, but this isn't just being worn out tired. It's feeling like I stayed up all night, sick to the bone, feel as if I could faint at any moment tired. I feel like I have mono.

At DH's begging I called my MW today. She just left a message telling me to eat three meals plus snacks, drink 8 glasses of water and take naps. I'm doing all that.

Any ideas on what could be going on?
